  • Upon arrival at Guwahati Railway station/ Airport, our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taking to Shillong. On the way, visit Umium Lake aka Borapani. Reach in hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. By evening you can visit the Shillong’s local market later return back to the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.   • Have a healthy breakfast at Shillong’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Shillong. Today you’ll be transferred to Kong thong. Drive to visit the Kong thong, located in East Khasi Hills. Kong thong is an interesting place. Known as the whistling village of Meghalaya, in this village, every person has a tune associated with them along with their names. You can explore the village, interact with the locals and listen to ‘jingrwai lawbei’ or the tune. Reach into the hotel, check into the hotel and have some rest. Drive towards Wahkhen village, from Wahkhen starts the Bamboo Trail or the Mawryngkhang Trek, the scariest treks in Meghalaya. This trek is definitely not for the faint hearted. You have to traverse a distance over a bamboo skywalk that looks down a cliff. Those scared of heights should avoid this trek. After the Mawryngkhang trek you'll be escort back to the Langkawet.
